Social media and content strategy, social media advertising, copywriter, educator, speaker, model and Ambassador for suicide prevention charity R U OK?.

I’ve been the client, the agency, the creative, the creator, the strategist, the campaign manager, the analyst, the speaker, the influencer and the talent. I’ve lived on all sides of social media, digital and marketing story.

My experience in social media, content and digital marketing includes strategy planning and development, content creation and production, copywriting, campaign planning and management, influencer partnerships, community management, data insights, client management, team leadership and coaching. I come with a background that is as diverse, varied and unique as the clients, brands, categories and campaigns I’ve worked with.

My passion for mental health advocacy, sharing my own experiences as an Ambassador for R U OK? and developing strategy as a NSW Mental Health Commission committee member is driven by a simple desire - to create a greater understanding of, and normalise, the experiences of living with mental health conditions, and give people enough knowledge, confidence and support to talk more openly and to give and seek help and care when needed.

Creating and building connection, belonging, identity, transparency, openness, creativity, storytelling, and bringing a different perspective to the conversation are at the heart of everything I do.

I also talk, coach and train on

-social media - - content marketing - - digital trends and future - - mental health - - LGBTI community advocacy.

R U OK? Day 2020

Mental Health Advocacy, and how to support those around us with some simple principles, strategies and ideas from R U OK?

“You can buy attention (advertising).

You can beg for attention from the media (PR).

You can bug people one at a time to get attention (sales).

Or you can earn attention by being interesting and valuable”
