By the end of 2016 my Smile Jar was filled with over 100 happy moments, Instagram had over 100 more.

I never make new years resolutions, they're rarely goals but basically big wishes with no plan to make them come true. Instead I give each year a theme that guides my decisions, actions and goals for the year to give them more of a purpose.

When I started my Smile Jar I expected to enjoy and laugh my way through the memories when I cracked it open, but it gave me something even better.
